• Deliberately inflammatory comments
• Repeated negativity without substance

If you're posting, aim to add value.

3. No Harmful or Illegal Content

Do not post:

• Illegal content
• Violent threats
• Graphic material
• Self-harm encouragement
• Fraud or scams
• Instructions for illegal activity

If something feels unsafe, it probably doesn't belong here.

4. No Spam or Promotion

Please don't use the community to:

• Advertise products or services
• Drop referral links
• Promote unrelated projects
• Send repetitive or automated content

This isn't a billboard.

5. Respect Privacy

• Don't share other people's private information.
• Don't dox.
• Don't repost private conversations without consent.

What's shared here should stay respectful and safe.

6. AI & Content Use

If you share AI-generated reflections or content:

• Make sure it aligns with these guidelines.
• You remain responsible for what you post.

7. Report, Don't Escalate

If you see something that violates these guidelines:

• Use the reporting tools in the app.
• Do not escalate the situation publicly.

We review reports and take appropriate action.

8. Enforcement

We may:

• Remove content
• Issue warnings
• Temporarily suspend accounts
• Permanently ban users

These decisions are made to protect the community.
